6. Streams in the Desert

In one of the most difficult moments of his life King David wrote this Psalm as an expression of his faith and commitment to the Lord. Psalm 63 helps us acknowledge the depth of our need (“thirst”) in order to appreciate the blessing of God’s provision. It is a very physical Psalm, inviting us to present all we are (eyes, lips, hands, heart) to the Lord so He can fill us. Come and see all that God offers us in Christ – the fountain of living water! Come seek, sing and savor the glorious provision of God!
