The residency will be designed (for 12-24 months) to benefit the church while helping the resident grow as a gospel leader. The resident will be strongly considered for a long term staff position at the conclusion of the residency. Total package for this position, including salary and benefits is $45-$50,000/ year, to start Sept 1 or Oct 1.
