5. The Great Companion

How can followers of Jesus complete the Great Commission to make disciples of all nations? Only through the presence and power of the Holy Spirit with us. Jesus promised to be with His followers “to the end of the age” (Matt. 28:20) and fulfilled that promise by pouring out the Holy Spirit (Acts 2). The Great Commission is therefore made possible by the Great Companion. Come Sunday to learn about the four gifts the Holy Spirit gives to all who trust in the Lord Jesus: peace, power, the presence of Jesus and protection so we can persevere to the end of the age.
