Oakwood is actively seeking a full time Director / Pastor of Student Ministry. We have a vibrant and active youth group of around 30 students in 6th – 12th grade, currently meeting on Sunday nights. Our prayerful desire is to find a leader who can invest well in our students and volunteer team, mobilizing and equipping them to see the ministry grow in numbers and quality.
The Director of Student Ministry oversees and develops the student ministry (6th-12th grade) at Oakwood (75% of time) and also provides pastoral leadership for the church at large with a focus on college students and young adults (25% of time). The salary range for this position is $45-$60,000 (plus benefits) depending on education and experience.
