2. The Beginning

This Advent season we are reflecting on the One Story of God. This week we start at the beginning, with the peace and harmony of the original creation. The Garden of Eden, before the fall, gives us a glimpse of what Shalom looks like: peace with God, love and respect among people and harmonious stewardship of the world. As we explore these three dimensions of shalom we will be reminded of the goodness of the original creation and feel called to join God in restoring Shalom as much as we can in this dark and broken world.
